Welcome to the Medicaid and CHIP Business Information Solution (MACBIS) community! We’re the MAC-ES team, and we’re here to help you get settled into the community.
We know you're probably already confused by the different systems you need to access, acronyms flying around, and figuring out who is who at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). It’s a lot!
Don’t worry. We realize onboarding can be overwhelming, so we made a series of onboarding modules to help you get familiar with your new environment. Think of them as care packages, full of resources tailored for you in your role.
