In order to have a cohesive feel to the research done across MACBIS, there needs to be a set of shared norms. These norms aim to help cultivate a sense of openness about research within MACBIS.

MACBIS User Research Lifecycle

The MACBIS User Research Lifecycle (opens in FigJam) shows how the MACBIS Human-Centered Design Unification (HCDU) team and MACBIS Research Ops Working Group’s recommendations and resources map onto the full journey of doing user research in MACBIS.

This is not a “how to do research” primer, but rather “things we encourage folks to do while doing research.” Please tailor them to your team’s needs and situation.
