Onboarding and orientation materials are stored in CMS’s Enterprise Confluence Account. Access to Confluence is provided through the Enterprise User Administration (EUA) system. Once you join a product team in the Medicaid and CHIP Business Information Solution (MACBIS), it’s important to get the EUA application process started as early as possible; as processing times can vary.
Unfortunately, due to enterprise restrictions, our guide to obtaining CMS systems access is only available in Confluence. Your product team’s HCD lead will provide you with the information you need to apply for EUA access. Refer to our HCD Project Teams listings to identify your project lead.
